      My buddy got talked into running clen from one of his friends. I have never ran it and barely know anything about it. This is the protocol he gave me: 60, 60, 80, 80, 80, 100, 100, 80, 80. Is this over doing it? what is a good protocol. He running test p right now thats it. any advice would be greatly appreciated so i can pass it on.

      is he doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off? or 1 week on 1 week off? I think that protocol looks good, but it really depends on the person and what their body can handle. I have heard of men not being able to go over 80 but I can handle 120..so i think he needs to test it out and see if he can handle the sides. I like doing 1 week on 1 week off..I normally do 40,40,80,120,120,120,80

      Ive always done 2 weeks on then off and when I first did it I started at 20 then went up 40-60-80-100 and stopped where I had some shakes but tolerable.After my 2nd run at clen it looked somehwta like Miss S did.So just start out slow SFG start at 20 then go up see how well you tolerate it

      Just one more question. If i run 2 week on 2 weeks off and lets say 100mcg is my tipping point, do i run that till the two weeks is out? So it would look like this or should i taper up and taper down slowly at some point? Or should I just run 1 week off one week off?

      you could do that or tapper back up on the second run. it really depends on how well your body tolerates it. the thing with clen is your beta 2 receptors get saturated very quickly and that's why you take equal time off and the reason behind going up in dose. so if you dont get shakes the second run starting at 100 i dont see it being a problem at all. 120 seems to be the high mark for most though. something else people do and dont realize is to use ephedrine on their off time. ephedrine is also a beta 2 and it will continue to saturate the receptor sites during the off time and take away from the clen's effectiveness. if you are going to use a fat burner on your off time it is better to use something that isnt a beta 2

      im currently running clen, and man the shakes are crazy. my protocol is to go up by 20 eod, so now sofar your asking yourself "well what does nips mean when he does incremental increases by 20 mcg?" good question my friend, let me showo you: so if you were to assume that each new digit entry is a different day then my routine is as follows: 20/20/40/40/60/60/80/80/60/60/40/40/20/20.

      i wouldnt jump into this at anything above a low dose.

      This looks good. If you have the shakes too much hold there for a day or two and go up 20mcg. We are all different. dont push it. Just go with your best judgement. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

      If has been said to help clean receptors. Like ketafine (sp). Kinda like scrubbing bubbles for the beta 2 sites. Nothing beats 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Try caffeine on the off weeks.

      Ok guys last question. Im almost finished with my first 2 weeks on. I like it, i started low and worked my way up. I upped the dose every other day and so far i like this way.

      One last question.
      How many times do you guys cycle 2 on 2 off?
      Should i take my 2 off and stop after that or can i do another 2 on and 2 off?
      How many 2 on 2 off "cycles" should i run?

      Also is there anything i can take in my off time to help reduce the tolerance? I read something about benadryl or something?

      Yeah i looked into after you said it and although i would like the fatloss help i dont want to risk anything else im pushing myself pretty hard right now so i opted for just the clen. Thank you brother.
