I would do 2-5ius early am. You can definitely get away with being in the lower end of that range.

Tweeti am going through a kit a wk. i am blasting 3 days a wk at 20iu and then the other 2 days are 5iu. i take 1st dose in the middle of the night when i take a leak 15iu and then another 5iu when i get up for good. the odd days it is just a straight 5ius first thing in the am. i just started this about 3wks ago and came up with it on my own. my thinking behind this is i am trying to semi mirror how our bodies did it when we were growing up with an extra boost and shorter time frames between huge pulses

I think I've tried them all, they all eventually need to be changed up! Remember your body never had gh in steady levels it always was in spurts so don't be afraid to move around your dosing and timing.

I've always run 5iu's 5x a week. One kit last me 4-5weeks.

Tweeti used 5iu's and took it when I woke up in the morning.. used the 5on 2 off... haven't used it in a few years now..
