TweetYou don't really have to ramp up the T3.. but definitely taper the dose down to allow your thyroid to start up and adjust.

I'm old school so I would quick ramp up t3 and slow tapper down. You have to learn what your body can handle.
I would not use the T3 at all if not on any aas. Just stick to clen and better nutrition. Dont forget its the nutrition that makes all the difference. Calories in vers calories spent;

TweetI agree with Gotclen about not using the T3 without AAS. Even with AAS, I personally never exceed 50mcg's per day. There's really no need. Any higher a dose tends to make you look flat and burns up muscle to quickly.
