      I had to lower the clen as this high of dose was making me psycho. LOL. T3 you really won't notice anything except being hot all the time.
      Thanks Bro. That's close to what I was doing but read about no ramping with t3 so I wanted to see what other ppl thought of it.

      You don't really have to ramp up the T3.. but definitely taper the dose down to allow your thyroid to start up and adjust.

      With the Clen... If you don't taper off.. you're more likely to experience bad side effects like headaches.

      I have never heard of aggression from clen. Cramping yes.

      I'm old school so I would quick ramp up t3 and slow tapper down. You have to learn what your body can handle.

      I would not use the T3 at all if not on any aas. Just stick to clen and better nutrition. Dont forget its the nutrition that makes all the difference. Calories in vers calories spent;

      Thanks ya my nutrition is good but I should start tracking macros again but just haven't bothered Bc I've been seeing gains or more like losses with what I've been doing minus the cheat sometimes. .

      I agree with Gotclen about not using the T3 without AAS. Even with AAS, I personally never exceed 50mcg's per day. There's really no need. Any higher a dose tends to make you look flat and burns up muscle to quickly.
