Some background.. Im 37 years old.. I have worked out like 4 days a week for a year or so (worked out alot when i was younger). I am 6 foot tall 265 when I started using IGF LR3 in early Dec. On some days I eat healthy and on other I do not. Basically I am your typical sighlty overweight American. Well I used IGF for 5 weeks Dec till early Jan and then again mid Feb till now. Diet and exercise never changed.. I am now 6 foot tall 225. I really didnt take anything else except for some creatine/energy drink.. I did 40 units (mcg's) subq post work out (so basically 4 days a week).. Didnt eat any different or do cardio any different.. The IGF just melted that fat away it seems.. As far as strength and size.. I mean I look better and I wasnt going for big strength gains anyways so I tend to do lighter weignts and alot more reps (im too old to max out lol).. Well im a true believer in IGF!!

Also I just used insulin syringes.. Didnt inject the muscles (its systemic so I have no clue y people do it).. I had no sides (hypoglycemia, bloated gut etc....).. Im a medical professional and was able to actually talk to alot of my colleagues about it.. I love it and highly reccomend it to other overweight people lookin to drop a few

It still works if injected into the muscles though. Some people don't like those painful belly shots and bruising.

I'm amazed at the weight loss. Never heard of it doing this. But I'm currently using Igf-des right now and doing spot injections and after 3 shots to that muscle group you can see a change.

Yeah.. I was shocked at the weight loss too but it also makes some sense too.. Well just wanted to post a thread about it for others to read. Any other post about IGF it was always stacked with other gear so most people never really knew if it was the IGF giving the gains or the other stuff people were taking.. Thanks for the compliments.. Hopefully I keep seeing positive results

I want to use IGF LR3 but thought it had to be shot IM... I just dont want to do anymore IM shots than I already am.

SubQ shots are so easy, I pin peptides 3 times a day and its a breeze, almost never pain and very quick.

I might pick some up after I research it some more, good post thanks.
