What can one expect from hgh. I know this is an arbitrary question considered diet and other related gears are variables.

      Does it increase strength?

What benefits are there, if any, in power lifting sports?

Potency will come into play and individuals have different absorption rates but what is generally expected from different levels of gh(iu)?
Could I expect 2iu to promote fat loss?
Does 5iu allow for muscle growth?
      Does 10iu " " "?

What kind of cycling is needed(eliminating your pocket book from equation). ed, eod, e3d, etc...?

What else can we add to this? I am really looking into doing a lot of research on this and hope we can make a collection of data.

I've been on 2 iu for around 7 or 8 months and lost 25 much needed lbs and def. helped energy levels. Strength I'm not sure was huge but prob. Helped a bit. I bumped it up to 5 iu for about a month but did not notice a lot of difference and may have over time but thought for the cost IDE rather go low for longer.

That's actually a really good thing at a low affordable dose. I know I'm good for at least 15 lbs as long as strength isn't sacrificed.

What about healing effects of gh? My shoulders and left knee takes a beating power lifting.

They say it heals. I have had acl reconstruction and am missing cartridge in my left knee. My knees feel good shoulders have bugged me before and feel great while working them. My knees use to kill me but I was in Shop on concrete and went to the field so it's hard to tell if it made a huge difference Bc work environment changed around when I started. I was back in the shop for a few weeks and my knees did bug me but def. did not seem as bad as before keeping in mind they have gotten better over time since I went back to work after surgery. I would say it helps for sure but for me the one thing that really helps is fish oil for the joints, I use krill oil and like it better.

2iu ed is cheap. A kit almost every two months.

That being said next time for me I think I'll try mucuna with L-dopa and HGH surge or prolactrone and from what I hear they can release a lot of HGH for a lot cheaper.

Thanks EZ. I saw I had a typo in there, and you know how I'm a stickler on my typos.
