TweetMy meal will be something like 50grams of protein or something and anywhere from 70-100g carbs...very healthy fats and the carbs are all complex...so:
8oz lean chicken breast
70grams brown rice
some veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, etc)
I am not great on the diet part at all...actually, I just listen to what James and OSL tell me what to eat lol...but I am pretty decent on the administration of slin and whatnot...

TweetOk, I was talking to OSL and he stated this was a good regiment...I followed this basically for years but he states it in more black and white...so, this is credited to OSL, not me lol haha
3 hours Pre Workout - Slow/medium Carb Meal
1 Hour Pre Workout - Humalog 5iu
Immediately After Humalog - Dextrose/Oats/Protein Shake
During Workout - Dextrose/BCAA -Sipping on this during workout
Immediately After Workout - Humalog 10iu
Following 10iu dose - Dextrose/Protein Shake
30-45 minutes later - Large Protien/Carb Meal
1 Hour after Meal - Protien/Carb meal
2 Hours after last meal - Protien/Carb Meal

You remember when i first ran slin earlier this year? I went from 220 to 240 in a matter of weeks, and I was gaining lean gains while on it. I was up to 12ius post workout.
I ran it for several months...then came off--did a short PCT of that monster cycle, and then took 2 months right off.
I just started again prepping for a show in 7 months.
I am running slin again everday, but POW as well.
I suspect I will hit the 250lbs range, then cut down to 205lbs for the show.

But yes I started with ius...then moved up as the weeks went on ha ha. I started at 4ius 1 week ago...and will climb up again to around 15ius this time around.
I will also run GH for the first time ever... 6 months out and until the show. I want to go to nationals again. No more ****ing around
With what slin did to my body back all those months, I want more of it, it certainly did change my body so so much!!! And now I can't wait to play with GH as well.
