You remember when i first ran slin earlier this year? I went from 220 to 240 in a matter of weeks, and I was gaining lean gains while on it. I was up to 12ius post workout.
I ran it for several months...then came off--did a short PCT of that monster cycle, and then took 2 months right off.
I just started again prepping for a show in 7 months.
I am running slin again everday, but POW as well.
I suspect I will hit the 250lbs range, then cut down to 205lbs for the show.
