German featherweight standout Dennis Siver will make his first start since December of 2013 when he faces Scotland's Robert Whiteford at UFC Fight Night Stockholm on October 4th."I am very happy to be allowed to fight again after such a long time and I can't wait to get back into the Octagon," said Siver.
