    Re: Carwin by TKO

One other thing that Brock will have to deal with is the reach. Carwin only has a 1" shorter reach that Brock. That will be new.

Either way, this should be a pretty good fight. I can actually see it going either way. I'll stick with Carwin though. If Brock beats Carwin with ease, then he won't be beaten for a while IMO.

I think he will probably throw longer ones against Carwin, or at least that would make sense to me. If he tries to get in close with short reaching puches he may get caught by a power punch from Carwin. Again, I can't wait to see the fight. This is probably the most anticipated fight for me ever. Corture and Lesnar was the biggest prior to this one for me.

I don't put anything past that monster, but I'll stick with my original prediction. But I've been wrong on my predictions before, ALOT! lol

I just can't wait for the fight. We can all go back and forth on our predictions but none of it means much. I think we can all agree that either fighter is capable of winning this fight but we all have our favorites. Both fighters are training their hardest, probably harder than they've ever trained before. The best man will win, then we can all come back here and discuss what went wrong for one and good for the other..lol. That's just my 2 cents anyway..lol.

I will predict Lesnar by Takedown w/ some brutal hammer-fists.

That's true. I was thinking that the only way it gets to those rounds are if Lesnar gets Carwin to the ground and maintains that through the first round or so.

I don't think there is any way that Lesnar can withstand Carwin's punches if he gets hits square. I mean, Mir's knee dazed Lesnar and that wasn't a full knee. Carwin hit's harder than that knee could have landed.

I actually think the opposite on this one. I have read too many articles about Carwin's cardio. That added to the fact that he trains in high altitude means the guy has cardio. I think it will end early, but if it goes rounds (going only by what I have read because we haven't seen him fight out of the first) I think he will get stronger as it goes.

Yep, Lesnar has not fought anybody of this caliber.
