We all know the SEC is the toughest conference, well....it's going to get even tougher.

School Total Commits Commits Commits Avg Total
1 Texas 22 3 13 5 3.73 2,543
2 Florida 21 2 9 9 3.57 2,045
3 Tennessee 24 3 6 14 3.46 2,017
4 Southern Cal 13 4 7 2 4.15 1,903
5 LSU 19 0 12 6 3.58 1,797
6 Notre Dame 16 1 10 5 3.75 1,732
7 Georgia 23 0 9 14 3.39 1,676
8 Nebraska 29 0 9 17 3.21 1,653
9 South Carolina 25 0 8 13 3.16 1,574
10 Illinois 20 2 4 12 3.30 1,566
Five, count them, five teams in the SEC make up the top 10 of college recruiting. Then, top that fact with this one....six of the 12 school's coaches all have conference titles under their belts and 4 of the 12 school's coaches have won National Titles. Name one other conference with those statistics.
However, the SEC is going to suffer because of this. Teams like Ohio State, USC, Texas, Louisville, Wake Forest can easily run through their conferences because they don't have to compete with superior recruiting or superior coaching like SEC teams do. No other conference has 4 head coaches with National Titles under their belt OR 6 coaches with conference titles under their belt. The debate is over, the SEC rules football, and unfortunately, will suffer for it. No one is going to run the table in the SEC ever again. Unless they quit playing so many teams from the SEC, LOL.
