The Trump administration is not likely to appeal the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision to uphold a temporary restraining order against President Trump’s controversial immigration order, a White House source told Fox News Friday – instead it is expected to return to the lower courts to argue for the order’s reinstatement.
