i am not so hot on a Christian evangelical for scotus. I think religion has no place in politics. I am glad he is conservative but faith has no place in law IMO.

he is a letter of the law guy. that's what makes him ideal. politics nor religion should influence the law. it's all black and white to me, enforce what is written or change it through the proper channels

i hope that this is the case. to be honest I have not done my homework and my statement was fairly ignorant with the small amount of knowledge I had of the man.

from all the cases i have seen him rule on, he goes by the black and white and will not play either side. the only one that is really causing a lot of issue is the hobby lobby crap. which i completely agree with either way. he is pretty much online with scalia)sp)

hobby lobby, if you do not like the benefits package............go work somewhere else..........do not make demands

that's what i am saying man. since we are supposed to be able to choose what we do and dont do then why the hell shouldnt an individual company? the gov has no business in this area at all unless it is helping out people that cant help themselves or to keep costs within reason and even then that is questionable as well.
