My favorite is, hands down, Its a Wonderful Life....I've seen it probably 250 times. I've even gone to see it on stage. My second choice is Christmas Vacation.

If you've never seen "It's a Wonderful Life", my gosh people, you are missing the greatest Christmas Movie ever made, by one of the greatest actors that ever lived. TRUST ME, if you've never seen it, watch it. It's one movie you must see before you die.
