first off i do not believe bush and cheney are criminals, or had criminal intent, it is very hard to second guess we do not have the facts they have

having said that, taking action based on what people might do is just not good thinking, and if u know anything about war, even worse

we lost vietnam cause the ruskies sent truckloads of arms and money to the cong, and in war if u do not move u lose

in afganny when ruskies invaded over time we sent money and guns, no lawyers though, and what happened ruskies coudn't move and walla

i teach leadership training, obama has the best skills, and imho like he says judgement, the problem he has is that u do not see him display STRENGTH, which is what guys in general feed on, they can see it feel it taste it

he's got it, he is not displaying it, he is marketing marketing marketing, a name, a brand, one too two believes, most folks have the memory of a gnat, and a brick wall that is in front of it, so he has strategically infilitrated the masses over the last 15 months inch by inch

now most folks don't think in these terms but underneath all the politics theres is a minor league of politicians, double a, triple a, etc. etc. etc., to get in the game u need a backer and u need to climb the ladder, the day u can't take a step up u loose ur backers, there are a hundred governors, senators that started out 20 years ago gunning for this day that hit a brick wall along the way

so, we don't see it, yet, obama has lotsa backing behind him, imho, most thought he needed another 8 years before going for it, he took a chance, they blessed him wished him well yet no one thought he would do well, and now the backers are salivating

so obie right now looks real good

i will never ever vote for a clinton on any ticket, if she's obies second, i will vote, in honor of klash, libertarian, the new freedom party

any ways, mc cain, i'm having some concerns with him from a leadership standpoint, the more i see him the more my concerns grow

there is a form of leader who though they have good intentions, and work hard and long hours, they have a weakness in understanding how others think and feel

mc cain, is starting to show me the, "If I say it, It is so" syndrome, he's not as bad as bush cheney, yet, his several flubs on definition of sunnie ****es is concerning, now, if it were me running for president, i'd have read a dozen books on the subject on both the history of those two folks, plus, a dozen books on the econonmy to sharpen my knowledge, ability to communicate visions of where i want too lead etc.

and from what i can ascertain he has not, that's a whole 160 hours of reading that he doesn't think is neccessary, that concerns me

also, this is me personally i've about had it with cut taxes cut taxes cut taxes bs, it's starting to get rediculous

i always present the question:

How would u like it if on day one of the new year i showed up to your biz, and said, pump up the volume guys, we will cut revenue cut revenue cut revenue, increase your responsibilties and expect you too succeed better than u ever have before

on the repulican side i was a huckster, flat tax man all da way, and imho the huckster was more qualified than obie to lead, yet, he said some plain a s s dumb things along the way, he should of known better

as obie says, we do not lack ideas, we lack the concensus to get anything done, they all act like teenagers

so, in a long winded way, i'm willing to take a chance on obie, i believe we should talk to everyone, face to face, lay down the law man oh e mano, and give em a chance to work wid us or again us, and then we know for sure where folks stand and who are friends are

no one no one and i mean no one in this administration knows not one iota about diplomacy

ps- and if i hear one more time that speeches don't mean bubkus, i'll kick em in da balls, i teach and give em, his are nines, my only critque on the racial one was, nix the geraldine stuff, bad taste, and nix grammy, another bad taste item, totally unneccesary lines that only gave the opposition something to jump on and crtique, thus, u didn't do ur job u left and openening that was not neccessary

and yes if truth be known i do get chills when he oratates

If we are talking about outside of assassination and Hillary getting the super-delegates from Obama somehow, I think Obama has a really good chance at being president. I'm hoping you are right but Obama has the media on his side and even with the polls showing McCain's lead over both democrat candidates right now, I think that will change in the general election.

All the negative $hit about Obama will have been slung over the airwaves for several months by the time we get to the general election, in which the only candidate they will have to pick on is McCain. Add that with the media's general bias for Obama and I think McCain is going to have the tougher road, unless Hillary somehow snags the Dem. nomination.
