jesus christ you guys are making it waaaaay to hard!!! just crack the eggs in your pan and then spoon the yolks out into the trash. as long as you do it gently enough the yolks won't break. they are very easy to get out with a soup spoon. been doing it like this for 10 years, every day.

i dump them into a bowl and then spoon them out with a big slotted spoon. It's the esiest way imo...

ive seen them on tv crack the egg and somehow let the egg white slide out of the egg shell and the yolk stays in the shell.

or open the egg on to a plate and place a egg cup over the yolk and tip the plate into the bowl or pan .

man you guys make this way to hard either crack the egg in half and just transfer back and forth only takes about to transfers for all the yolk to be seperated or dump them all into a bowl and reach in and grab the yolks out

i do to. but if you are eating a lot of eggs for protein you are taking in a lot of fat as well by eating the yolks thats why people like to seperate out I think.
