  • slow peeing

I'm doing fina for 3mo. w/ a short break in the middle. I'm on for 7 days now and I noticed tonite that when I go to urinate it takes a few seconds to start. It feels urgent and seems like I need to push. Not enough water intake? or something else? Using creatine, protein shakes , hydroxycut, CLA, vitamins, and deiting well. Or just paranoid?

Don't mean to worry you, but it could possibly be prostate related.

        Enlarged Prostate Symptoms:

        1) Difficulty in starting to urinate
        2) Increased urge to urinate
        3) Burning or painful voiding of urine.
        4) Dribbling and difficulty emptying the bladder
        5) Frequent or continuous lower back pain.

Stonecold hit it on the head. No need to be to concerned but you should get it checked out by a doc. Saw Palmento can help but you may need some antibiotics.

BODY's gonna get his butt fingered by a dude.

                        sorry....I couldn't resist.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

At 31 yoa, you are relatively young to have prsotate problems. But bettter off safe than sorry. A proctologist will take your PSA count which is a factor in determining a problem with your prosate. A proctology exam will determine wehther you have prostatitis (inflamed prostate), hypertrophic prostate ( enlarged prostate), or god forbid prostate cancer. Of the first two they aare nothing life threating and to have cancer is very highly unlikely at your age.
Rule of thumb to everyone: NEVER EVER EVER EVER hold your urine. It inflames the prostate. When the bladder is full it puts pressure on the prostate. You see, the bladder sits right on top of the prostate and when you hold your urine it compresses down on the prostate. I find my self waking up 2-3times a night to void because of all the wter I drink. Its a major pain in the ass but it may save you the risk of prostate problems.
