I saw one cryo chamber that does your whole body. Your head and face. You put on ear muffs and get in and freeze. I would do it. I have gone outside naked in nothing but a pair of flip flops when its minus 5 degrees and its brutal

-5, that is warm and toasty compared to this at minus 250 HAHAHA. I went skinny dipping in a pool for $20 when it was in the low 40s. I thought I could never take another breath after I hit that water. I have never experienced weather that cold. It got down to the teens before here but never zero or lower.

I would love to but I am scared of the cold. I can handle heat well but I am skinny and lean and get cold easy. Call me a sissy because i hate cold then lets go out a build a fence when it is 100+ degrees and I am happy when everyone falls out.

I am sure it works. too much evidence that it does. many fighters use this to decrease inflammation from getting busted up. I just need to nut up and go.one near me has a group on for $15

Now they have these commercial cryotherapy chambers that you get in for 3 minutes and it freezes you at minus 250 degrees.
Supposed to decrease pain, increase circulation, etc
The cost is 10 treatments for $100 or an unlimited month for $225.
Has anyone done this thing?
