    Strength
    30 minutes to find 3 rep max back squats with 5 second pause at the bottom

    Workout of the day...

    10 minutes..as many rounds as possible...
    10 front squats (135 pounds)
    20 pull-ups
    30 box jumps (24 inches )

    Legs are on fire!!!
