I also believe to heal with nutrition. It simply takes a while and focused delivery (time and combinations of foods). Epsom salts are a favorite...except where I live now has a horrible tub set up-no pressure. So, what I do is take a big bucket with hot water and epsom salt and soak a towel in it. Then wring out a bit and place the towel in microwave for 30-40 seconds to heat it up further. Then carefully wrap the area. That with Deca and some Pot-helps!!

Theres some machine called light therapy that is like laser, have heard its pretty amazing. Can use them for all kinds of things.
The laser system im going to try is the Class IV "Diowave" treatment. He says that after a handful of treatments the pain should be gone and that it wont return IF you change a few things. So i asked him what am I doing thats causing this? Because arthritis is huge on my dads side i figured it was something related to that but he said to grip the bar as soft as possible, just enough to keep it steady, he did say that i want to stay away from dips, ill try, but those build your Tri's so well.

Ive noticed something else unrelated to this, since being on GH for awhile now my fingers are more stiff and my wrists/ankles hold water. Sometimes when i wake up i feel stiff too. I pop my neck and back throughout the day and was told that, that was bad as well.

          This helps for pain.

          1 cups Epsom
          1/2 cup baking soda
          10 drops lavender oil
          eucalyptus or both

20 minutes in bath and then lots of water to follow

for quick help I use Biofreeze

Fuzo uses the salt Spray from our advertiser here and he swears by it

i use ice when i get swelling.

my ritual for daily work to keep the pain and swelling away is this: i put a cream called artic balm on the joints and muscle i will be training that day. i also keep a sweat shirt on for the duration of my training session regardless of season. i also use a sleeve or compression band on one of my arms to protect one of my distal tendons. since i started hooding up and using the artic balm, i have very little issues at all

for the sleeve i use the elitefts super heavy duty. it was only 20 bucks or a little less. the band i use is the sling shot compression band 2.0. it is the bigger one of the two and it barely fits onto the bottom part of my bicep. they both work very well though

Will give the salt spray a try, Epsom Salt baths are a must, I ice as well, supplementation and nutrition as well, but now with heavy lifting again with my coach my wrist and elbows have been bugging me, so will try some of these additional suggestions.

Good to see you all again...sorry for my absence.

I tell you what, since I stopped training Tris directly the everyday pain from tendonitis has gone away but as soon as i go heavy on either military press or bench i can feel the pain. I still am getting laser done on it but that has to wait because its $50 a session. This distal tendon issue really has me messed up, hell just after carrying groceries in the other day my bicep was sore for a full day. Im about to go on a nice cycle and i cant train my biceps the way i want too. Its been almost a month since my injury and it still hurts.

skip the laser stuff hick and have them work both sides of both arms with the graston work. then use one of the heat creams and keep a hoodie on to keep it all nice and hot. if that doesnt help then you may need to go in for an mri. i would start with the graston and pay attention to technique on everything you do. i still after all the years of training will hit a misstroke and lock out fully or extend fully and it aggervates the area like it's cool. that's normally where the issues come from but i am betting if you dont have an actual tear then it is scar tissue built up in the area and they should be able to break it up where you can train like you want to. my back hasnt been 100% in probably a good 15 years and now it is as close to perfect as it is going to get, same thing with my hams and shoulders

Ok so forget the laser on my elbows? The doc said that after 5-6 treatments on him it resolved the pain. Ill tell him about my bicep and see what he has to say. Ill be getting elbow sleeves soon so that during training the area will stay warm, i was doing upright rows last night and i couldnt do my last set in fear that my tendon issue would get worse.

they dont have the laser option in the clinics that i have been to man but i dont see much benefit from it other than heat or something similar to ultra sound. the ultra sound work i had done didnt do dick for me at all. idk how they can give you a prognosis on how many treatments it will take since each time it goes off of feel in the area and the area's reaction. my therapist tells me that mine opened up more on the first treatment than she has ever seen before but that since i had it done before it helps. she says that each time she busts up a layer it allows her to get deeper and deeper into the tissue and once the area is clean it wont react or hurt any more. she did work my shoulders and tris on my last treatment because my trap and rhomboid area wouldnt open up and it felt a hell of a lot better even though she went easy on both sides. i say push for the graston and figure out if you got scar tissue buildup causing it to press on the nerves and tendons. you should know if it is helping after the first round either way
