  • AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

did a simple workout for 20 minutes non-stop. Say hello to "Cindy"

    5 pullups
    10 pushups
15 squats (just the bar, easy huh?)

5 minutes things started slowing down
10 minutes a little fatigue was setting in especially on the pushups.
15 minutes ditched the bar for squats. pushups were labored
    20 minutes i was wrecked

i got 15 rounds. compared to the legit crossfit guys and gals i was about 5-6 behind. these folk do 20+. Still i have not been doing it long and am still focused on combat sports. I do this to help me with that. but damn it's fun, the competition with my peers and the comradey.

    that is

    75 pullups
    150 pushups
    225 squats

then ran 1000 meters to cool down

it hurts to walk, sit, pick up a pen, smile...........haha AWESOME!

i realize this is not a body building or power lifting workout. a lot of folk bag on crossfit due to the weird kipping and it not being BB. anyone who thinks it is not hardcore, try it. bet you puke or get damn close if you go 100%. i just do regular pullups, a little bit of a kip, more as form starts to go.

but it is greatness. my cardio is through the roof. my functional strength is the best it has been at 46

try this one little workout. don't cheat and let me know how you did. i bet a lot of you will be wicked sore like me and maybe you will find a place for some of the crossfit workouts in your BB routine
"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

A clear concience is a sign of a bad memory.
