Well, so far I have been dieting with a goal weight in mind and then I was going to work on golf geared fitness. Well, I have changed that. My new goal for this year is to get big and lean (basically look good naked...). I have never really trained for this specifically in the past. I have always just worked out to not get really fat. I don't think I would get big enough to hurt my golf game anyway. I plan on starting in march (which is when I should reach my weight loss goal).
Any suggestions or tips are greatly appreciated. I have a good workout plan from IA when I started with him before his passing, so I should be good there. And the guy that took over his board is going to help me for a couple of months because of the time i had left with IA. I think since I'm pretty much a beginner again, my initial beginner gains will show up quick....I'm hoping anyway! I'll take some before pics and pics along the way
