Saw this posted on another board. Pretty cool. I don`t know bout you guys but I`ve always got people asking me for workout advice (like people who I work with but have never been in a gym). "I want to do a full body workout two times a week... etc"
Now, I know how to give advice for my style of training but this site is a really nice reference on how to advise some of your beginner friends. Introductory workouts... full body stuff... push/pull...
