Thats my wife and that tits may be really big but she's not, 34DD on a 5'6'' 125lbs frame.

I've been interesting in GH for muscle growth but just made the cardiac connection(it's slightly more important). I plan on muscle mass gain as well as heart rehab.

I'm 6'7 265LBS.

are you male or female? If thats you in the pic you might not need that much because of your bodyweight. Most of us use it for muscle growth not to rehab the heart. this may be something you will have to experiment with.

i have taken 10iu a day and for me when I went from 6 to 10 the joint problems reduced. I know it sounds crazy but I did seem to have fewer sides at the high dose.

There are studies using 14-16 IU a day for heart repair in Dilated Myopathy. There was never any mention of joint pain and such.

the body can handle it so far but the pain in my hands is kinda rough esp having trigger finger badly on 2 fingers in my left hand, other than that I'm lookin very dense for my age and am very pleased that with dieting i'm not losing any muscle mass !!!

I just bumped its up from 4 to 5ius and an getting great results. 10ius sounds like a lot but its all about experience and what your body can handle.

biggest mistakes that most of us do, that in order to grow wt Gh, u need heavy androgenic compounds to grow like test, deca, anadrol, dbol ......
and not by uppin the ius of gh, unless you have doing it over 10 years and yes u need to up it since your body gets used to it...

10ius a day??? how long you planning on running it for? the pros run 10ius a day so i don't see why you would up it

it comes up from time to time, there is a concern that the body will become desensitized to the GH, and thus non respondent..

Have you heard this from others???

man i can't wait to try gh out right now it's just a little expensive and i think i have more room to grow before i need this im goign to try 4iu's for my first go for 6-8 months though maybew in a year. Happy graduation to myself lol

I don't know if I could take any more than 4iu per day. The sides are kind of a PITA.

Joint pain and puffy/numb hands sucks.
