Transformation Tuesday belongs to a beautiful lady who's transformation took her from 197 lbs to a beautiful OPA bikini competitor.

Cindy Gagnon-Tremblay wrote me that she struggled with her weight since having kids, going up and down in weight, always putting it back on plus some and after her father passed away in 2010, she stop caring and ate more....
.
She was wearing men shirts to hide her size, feeling doomed by the fact she couldn't drop, bringing her to tears, and to eat more. She could joke with others about her weight, but it killed her inside. The worse was her embarrassment to be naked in front of her husband,
.
Weight became such a huge burden on my marriage as it wasn't just her dealing with weight struggles but her husband was also battling his own. This almost cost them their marriage. At the end of 2012 she made the decision to change her lifestyle, and win her weight battle no matter what, and she did!
.
She worked out every day at home at the start, and learned to eat right. Then in September 2015 she decided to go to a new level, and compete. She was introduced to Krissy Rain and from there she transform her life and got stage ready for her first show in September 2016 . Her stage weight was 118 pounds and waist 24.5 inches, that's total of 79 pounds lost 17.5 inches just off the waist since her journey began in December 2012.

Congratulations on such an incredible transformation Cindy Gagnon-Tremblay, keep inspiring everyone, and we can't wait to see you rock the stage again!!!
