NOT at the same time.......is he taking humalin R or humalog?
he can take slin in the morinng only and NOT after lifitng(even though best time to take slin is after lifitng) since when some1 takes igf1, it should be taking b4 lifitng and after lifting.....

u are wrong and why did u think that???? igf1 has to be run no more than 50 days..... and slin no more than 4-5 weeks on the days that u pump

IGF-R3 4 on 4 off (during slin off time)

above u mention 2 weeks on slin and 2 weeks off igf1...
u can do 4 weeks slin and once u come off, hit igf1 for 4 weeks but if u were to take both of em same time, u cant.....slin am and igf1 b4 and after workout

its right but the question was: if igf1 and slin can be taken at the same time??? the answer is NO

u are wrong. u will not get the effect of slin in 2 weeks and igf` in 2weeks....min 4 weeks each and alternate....

AND READ AGAIN FOR WHAT I QUOTED THAT U ARE WRONG: U SAID TO ALTERNATE IGF1 AND SLIN 2WEEKS ON AND 2 WEEKS OFF, AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE FULL EFFECT OF IGF1 WITHIN 2 WEEKS ANS DISCONTINUED IT AND HOP BACK ON SLIN.......GONNA BE WASTE
