Ken Gack is a very experienced lifter. In the game for almost 20 years, Ken shared his last heavy squat video before the IPF Masters Worlds. These are Ken’s observations:
“Last week I posted a raw squat video. Here's an equipped squat (single ply). This is my last heavy squat before IPF Masters Worlds. It is ironic, I went to a LOOSER squat suit (Inzer TRX), and my squats went through the roof. I struggled with the tight suit (have for years) - I have 2 issues, really:
