Updated w/ Video 78 yr old Tom Sisk continues to move the bar higher as the Oldest man in the World to Bench Press over 300 lbs raw in sanctioned competition. He competed at 180 lbs body weight. His second lift at the APC America Cup on 09/06/14 was 300.9.
