    Ellen Stein : Golden

    Ellen lifting at the Fit Expo earlier this year took top honors there finishing a 930 total with wraps. Then Golden girl came back to RUM 7 to take top honors at 132 and top honors as the middleweight Champion of Champions! She is still improving on her abilities even now into her 60's a testament to her will and love for training and health! She has been a champion in many federations and has taken on the best the sport has to offer.. and she's still winning!

    "I went 8 for 9-missed my 2nd squat of 347-wound up with a 347 squat on my 3rd, 187 bench (7 lb PR) and a 396 DL (6 lb PR) and a 930 total. I won BEST LIFTER in the RAW Classic division (wraps) and won $400 cash for my first place finish"
