Kimberly Walford had an awesome meet at the Commonwealth and Oceania Powerlifting Championships! She broke the IPF Raw WR DL (512.5lbs @144.29 lbs) and hit the WR Total (1102lbs)in the 72kg class! Kimberly at only 144 squatted 369 benched 220 and then pulled that massive 512 deadlift to win her class and is now ranked 3rd behind Iryna Piatrovich (1135) and the recently retired all time record superstar Taylar Stallings (1179)! Kimberly maintains her number one ranked deadlift.
