The USPA is proud to announce that Dave Barth has accepted the position of USPA Pennsylvania State Chairman. Dave has been Powerlifting since 2000, and actively competing since 2002. Not only is he a 13 year veteran of Powerlifting, Dave is also a veteran of the U.S. Army.
