Alyssa Smith Sets New Junior World Records @ CPF Pro Raw National in Waterloo
Alyssa Smith (82.5kg), 20yrs of age, competed at the CPF Pro Raw Nationals on June 2nd in Waterloo, Ontario. She finished the day with a 167.5Kg (369.2) WPC WR squat, 90Kg (198.2) WPC WR bench and a 200Kg (440.7) WPC WR deadlift for a total of 457.5kg (1008.5) @ 81kg; All Junior World Records! Here is the footage of her lifts.
