  • High Protein Banana Bread

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups Flour
    • 4 scoops Banana or Vanilla protein powder
    • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    • 1 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 3 medium ripe Bananas, mashed
    • 1/2 cup un-sweetened Applesauce
    • 4 Egg Whites
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • Cooking Spray
    Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Spray an 8″ x 4″ loaf pan and dust with flour.
    3. In one bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and ISOFLEX.
    4. In another bowl, combine bananas, applesauce, egg whites and vanilla. Slowly stir in dry ingredients.
    5. Bake for 50-60 minutes (varies depending on the oven). Stick a toothpick into the center of the loaf to ensure it’s baked thoroughly. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
