You’ll need a blender (mine’s 56 oz.), three to four limes, three orange slices, 100% agave tequila blanco (I like Espolón or el Jimador), ice, and some salt. Then:
-Use a knife to peel the limes, making sure that all of the white rind is gone, and then cut them in half.
-Do the same with the three orange slices.
-Fill the blender almost to the top with ice.
-Add the limes and orange slices to the blender.
-Add 6 to 7 oz. tequila to the blender.
-Add pure cane sugar, agave nectar, or Splenda to taste. Start with a little less than a quarter cup of sugar, or about five packets of Splenda and sweeten as you go.
-Blend until the consistency is smooth, and then divide equally among four cups with salted rims.
Serves about four.
