Here it is Boys & Girls
2 cans of Albacore tuna in water.
Empty all water from can and dump in a large bowl. (Set aside)
1 Large sized lemon should be softened (place lemon on countertop place heal of your palm on the lemon and roll lemon back and forth), cut the lemon in half and squeez lemon through a strainer into bowl.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper and stir well (set aside)
SHRED as much lettuce as disired into bowl
dice 1/2 tomato into bowl
dice 1/4 green pepper into bowl
Mix all ingrediants together
Every thing should be very well mixed at this point
For the finishing touch add 5 tablespoons of red vinigar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Add a pinch of salt and pepper & bread crumbs
Stirr very well
