    fiber pulls out the sugar so it is basically a zero impact on the slin response notice i said basically. that looks pretty good. i can almost bet it would still crush my guts though

      hmmm looks interesting. it does have sugar alcohol in it but it is a tiny amount. that stuff should be called colon blow in big doses

        This is true, my body doesnt like that either or stevia. I am better off with real sugar

            stevia is all good for me. too bad you cannot tolerate it. most can and it is pretty good.
