    If i stick to the food pyramid, i should drop the weight gradually with less muslce loss, right?

    i'm also taking:

    t3/50mcg ED
    clen/eca

    no really doing any cardio, but i might add 20min ED on the Cross trainer using the fat burner program...


    what do you think?


    i'm currently 5'11 215 38"waist i would say 20%bf(guessing)
