Sauteed Cajun Tilapia
Ingredients
* 4 tilapia fish fillets (about 1-1/2 pounds)
* 2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
* 2 Tbsp. butter or trans fat-free margarine
* 1/2 cup salsa
Directions
1. Rub Cajun seasoning all over both sides of the fish fillets. Set aside.
2. Heat a large (12- or 14-inch) skillet over medium heat. Melt butter in skillet.
3. Add tilapia fillets, cooking until lightly browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Remove tilapia fillets to a serving platter. Top with salsa.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
Per serving: 180 calories, 8 g fat (5 g saturated fat), 78 mg cholesterol, 261 mg sodium, 2 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 26 g protein, 5% vitamin A, 1% vitamin C, 2% calcium, 5% iron
