  • Talapia and the perfect foods?

Whats up all, just getting back into the health and fitness thing after being off for quite a while (studying and lifting don't mix for me). Been searching for the perfect foods to get my diet in near perfect shape. I just came across how cheap and delicious talapia is. The great thing is there loaded with protein and have no carbs nor cals and they come in a pack that you can throw on the grill, in the oven, or even just throw in the micorwave and its good $hit. Anyone have great simple foods that are great for packing on the pounds that are easy to make, cheap, and taste good? besides fish, chicken, and steak b/c i already eat these everynight. Pleaes posts your daily diets and what they consist of. My goal is to gain 25-30 pounds by the end of 07, even if that means using a cycle early next year.

if something is high in protein, it can't be calorie free.

but yes, tilapia is good. don't buy it frozen, make sure its fresh. i compared one time, the sodium content of frozen to fresh. the fresh had about 40mg per serving (4oz i think) and the frozen had about 400mg...big difference. buy fresh. what i do is line a pan with non-stick butter flavored pam and cook it until its a lil brown on both sides. sprinkle a lil pepper on there and use ketchup for taste. good shit.

The ole lady made some blackened tilapia the other night with some rice and fresh peas. I love that woman!
