    I'll be doing 1/2cc ED of Fina/Prop EQL. That's 37 1/2 mgs of Fina and 50mg Prop ED for 8 weeks.

    9:00 --- 1 cup of cereal (30 C) CLA – 2 capsules
    1 cup Skim Milk (12 C 8 P) ALA – 1 capsule
    1 cup Cottage Cheese (10 C 26P) DHEA- 1 capsule
    5 Egg Whites (15-20 P) MultiPro- 1 capsule
    ½ Slice of Bread (10 C) ProFlex—1 capsule

    12:00 – 1 can Tuna (37 P) ALA - - - - - - - 1 capsule
    2 slices Bread (40 C) GL3 L-Glutamine-- 10g
