Here is my daily diet:
500 grams of protein (100 of it from protein shakes the rest from beef), no more than 100 grams of carbs (mainly just from dextrose post workout), and 200 grams of fat (but only about 25 grams from saturated fat and the rest "good fat"). This is a little over 4200 calories and I currently weight 205 and my bf has been dropping as of late, so I would say it is about 10%.
I would like to know if I can still put on lean mass with this diet even though my carb intake is pretty low. Do I need the extra carbs to put on muscle or can I do it with mainly protein and fat. Thanks to all that view this message.
