    I have lost 26 lbs and am down to 220, my goal is 200, I was eating lots of carbs in every meal but started to stop losing weight, so i started doing this:

    1st meal

    3 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    2 tablespoons of shredded cheese w/ eggs

    2nd meal
    apple
    meal replacement shake (only on Tues. and Thurs.)

    3rd meal
    very small salad or small serving of brown rice
    chicken breast or tuna

    4th meal
    tuna or chicken
    3 scoops of peanut butter

    5th meal
    steak, chicken, or fish
    twice a week i will have a potato if I am eating early dinner

    This has worked great for me. I htought i would be tired but I am not cause i am taking 2 caps in morning and 3 caps prior to workout of ephedra free xenadrine. I was wondering if anyone has tried a diet like this and seen good results like I have been?

    I also have been doing my cardio with pants and a hooded sweatshirt, it is killer in this florida heat!!!!!!!!
