Do any of the National competitors out there have a tried and true peaking plan that involves carb and water manipulation along with the use of aldactone to keep the aldosterone levels at bay. Ii cfome in flat every time i try to use any kind of diuretic, but I am scared that if Ii don't use at least aldactone than I will be smooth
