Got a good article, I would also add the importance of greens for athletes. Since a large amount of protein is consumed, fiber is needed for normal bowel function. And it is worth noting the importance of magnesium for muscle recovery.

Good article. Zonc and magnesium are two others. I would not supplement with iron if you are male. Get plenty from leafy greens.
