    great read. I just supp with fish oil caps. plant based omega 3s like flax is good but does not contain DHA and EPA and most people cannot convert ALA to these two.

    Still ALA is heart healthy.

        Yes, I just supplement with it also. So much easier. After my heart attack last year, I've been using it.
