So for all those people who go to the gym and think they have gotten a good butt workout but are not sore the next few days are mistaken! When people say they trained legs hard I kinda wanna take them through one of my leg workouts and see how good they feel after. If you feel like outing the rest of that night then you
probably did it right!
Things like “crushed leg day” or “beast mode” doesn’t mean you actually had a hard
workout. I would wait till the day after and see how easy it is to walk up and downstairs.
Leg day is a big muscle group and not many know how to work it the way it should or people don’t feel like they had pushed hard enough.
Heres a leg day that kicked my ass and is something that im not scared of but it is something that makes me think, damn it hurts, but damn that ass.
Start:
-Warm up 15 minute cardio to be get that blood flow!!
-lying leg curls 20r x 4s
-walking lunges 20r x 4s (10 each leg)
Feel that burn your half way through!!
-leg press 20r x 6s
-superset dumbbell squats and leg extensions 20r x 4s
-superset adducttion and abduction machine 20r x 4s
-seated calves 20r x 4s
