I still disagree about welfare recipients, since we were one of those families. When my dad was rescued from 5 years of torture in a Vietnamese P.O.W camp, I am pretty sure he hit some pot to deal with his PTSD. If they had take away our welfare, my two siblings and I probably never would have made it to college....

God bless your father for what he has gone through and the utmost respect goes out to him.But this is my point, its not about not testing welfare recipients, its about testing anyone. If we were to go all out,yes many people would be hurt, inconvenienced and freedoms taken away but that would be the only way to make it happen.Since we all can agree that that would never happen especially when it came time to investigate the so called "powers that be" then it should be needless to say that legalizing, taxing and better monitoring of who uses would be the best way to solve the drug problems of the world. Most importantly educating everyone on them and stop trying to HIDE everyone from them.
