TweetFor those of you that do bis/tris/forearms on the same day, what do you do first?
I was thinking of tris first, because bis really heat up my forearms.
Does it matter?

TweetYeah bro. I do tris first because if I do bis first, the pump is too much for me to do pressdowns (or any pressing movement where I have to bend at the elbows). Do you know what I mean man?Originally posted by HighBall

TweetP.S. That's just me though. Either way, I like it when my whole arm is pumped from that workout. Peace.
Tweeti do biceps,triceps then forarms
TweetI did tris then bis. This was the first time in my life that I did bis/tris in the same day. My whole arms were pumped!!!!
Ive always done tris on chest day
TweetI used to train bi's and tri's on the same day but didnt like it. I would do biceps first and move on to triceps. I prefer to work them out with a different muscle. Bi's/Chest Tri's/Shoulders.
TweetWhat are your guys thoughts on alternating sets from Bi's to Tri's? ie... preacher curls straight to skull crushers then back to incline bench dumbell curls then to cable pressdowns etc.

TweetTinfish: Thats pretty much how i train my bi's and tri's.......supersetting bi's and tri's works the best for me, the pump i get is almost as intense as when I squat.

TweetWhen I do Bi/Tris on the same day. I do whatever I feel is lagging first (just depending on my perception that day). For me - it is hard to get into to it when I mix them up.
Klash
Tweeti alternate too. the pump isnt as good, but you push more weight. i like it
Tweeti train biceps first because they're lagging, then tri's then some forearms

TweetI would do tris first. That is where you will move your heaviest weight.
