TweetDo what feels right bro. I train each body part twice a week. I go heavy one day and the other time I train I go medium weight.
Mondays- Chest/Biceps
Tuesdays- Legs/back
Wednesdays- Shoulders/Triceps
Thursdays-Rest
Fridays- Mondays Workouts
Staurdays- Tuesdays Woukouts
Sundays- Wednesdays
Hey it workds for me. There are days I take off 2 days for rest depends if I wanna train or not.

Do you ever get your hams sore from deadlifts, then have to lift thursday?
