flat bench: 5 x 6-12reps
incline: 3 x 6-12reps
decline: 3 x 6-12reps
pushups at the end for a pump: 3 sets till failure.
Next routine:
incline dumbell: 5 x 6-12reps
seated bench: 3 x 10-15reps
butterflies: 3 x 6-12 reps
pushups: 3 x till failure
