First off I want to say HELLO to everybody. I am new to this board!

Ok, I tried to do a search for HST (Hypertrophy Specific Training), but I couldnt pull anything up.

I understand that your working out every other day (M,W &Fr), but what I can not grasp is figuring out how much weight I am supposed to use for each exercise and how much to increase in weight as I go through each week.
Can someone give a brief explanation of this and possibly an example?!?!?
